What are FIZIWOO delivery times?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 3-5 days period where your items will be processed and dispatched by the following providers J&T, or City Link (depending on location). Please allow 5-10 days for international shipping. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum and you will be updated on the progress of your order.

How much will shipping cost?

Delivery cost depends on the weight and delivery location of the items and starts from MYR 9.

Can FIZIWOO provide worldwide shipping?

Yes, we provide worldwide shipping and the cost is depends on the location and weight.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

Customers can exchange if they received the damaged/wrong/faulty items (normal price items) within 7 days of purchase date for a exchange of that item. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers.

Can I change the size after check out?

Please be informed that size cannot be changed once payments has been made. Kindly ensure the size is correct before check out.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express - using 1 payment gateway options : Ipay88. Additional payment method is using ShopBack PayLater.

All prices are listed and charged in Ringgit Malaysia. If applicable, the exact exchange rate you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card. In general, it will match very closely with the on going exchange rate. 

Do I have to pay for duty and import charges?

International customers are responsible for all taxes and import duties levied by their respective countries.
