What countries does FIZIWOO deliver to?
Our website delivers to selected countries internationally. Typically we deliver to Singapore, Indonesia, and Brunei. If you are residing in countries not listed, please contact us at sales@fiziwoo.com and our customer service team will gladly assist to get your products to your country.
What is the cost for shipping for international delivery?

What delivery services are available?
We deliver your order to your personal postal address. For East & West Malaysia, our carrier service partner is J&T Malaysia. For international deliveries, we use DHL, and Citylink courier services.
Is the delivery of my order free?
FIZIWOO does not offer free delivery as default. However, we may offers free standard delivery as part of our marketing promotions from time to time.
Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be. FIZIWOO has no control over the fees imposed and we also cannot reimburse the amount in any capacity. FIZIWOO will not be held responsible if taxes, duties and customs fees imposed are not paid by the recipients.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Typically, for delivery within Malaysia; it is delivered within 3-7 business days. As for international delivery, it usually takes around 5-10 business days. Please keep these timeframes in mind as you anticipate the arrival of your package.
How do I track my order?
We will keep you informed about the delivery status as soon as your order is processed. Please make sure to check your inbox, as we will send you an email containing a tracking code to monitor the progress of your package at every step. If you are unable to locate it, kindly check your Junk Mail folder.
Has my order been shipped?

If you are unable to locate it, kindly check your Junk Mail folder. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number. Your parcel is fully traceable on the carrier’s website, using the tracking number received. Don't hesitate to contact our carrier or our customer service for any further questions.
Can I make changes to my shipping address once the order is placed?
If you need to change your shipping address after placing the order, simply reach out to our customer service via email as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, provided the order hasn't been shipped yet. Keep in mind that once the order is shipped, address changes may not be feasible.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
We kindly invite you to open a claim with your carrier and contact our customer service at sales@fiziwoo.com. Please kindly note that any claim regarding the delivery must be submitted in 14 working* days following the delivery of the parcel
*After this period, we are not able to claim any lost orders.

If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact our customer service for assistance. We'll work to find a solution and ensure you can place your order or provide you with alternative shipping options if available for your location.
