What is FIZIWOO return policy?
All full price products paid may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date; in their original condition and packaging (not worn, including all accessories and dust bag). Please kindly note that we only accept returns with purchase receipts provided along with the returned products. For products purchased on discounts, we do not offer any return, exchange or refund services as discounted products purchased are considered final. FIZIWOO is not responsible for third party purchases (ie: from personal shopper or distributors). WOOpoints redeemed and delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable. Can I exchange a product?
You can exchange a full price products paid within 14 days depending on the availability of the new products you desire. If there are any price difference which is higher than exchanged products, you have to pay the difference amount. However, if the price difference is lower than exchanged products, we will reward you with a discount voucher equivalent to the difference amount. WOOpoints redeemed and delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable. Exchanged products delivery cost will be borne by your end. How do I return my order?
All products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date: in their original condition and packaging (not worn, including all accessories and dust bag). Please provide the purchase receipts along with your returned products. You must contact our customer service in assisting you with your return item at sales@fiziwoo.com. Please note that FIZIWOO cannot be held responsible for shipping charges or lost packages if the products is in transit or not received by FIZIWOO.
How many returns or exchanges are allowed?
Item purchased full price are valid for one time return or exchange only.
Do I need to pay if I want to return my order?
Unfortunately, all returns charges and costs will be borne by you.
What should I do if my parcel arrived damaged?
If your parcel arrives damaged, we kindly invite you to contact our customer service team. Make sure to take pictures of the parcel received and keep the package for further inspection by our courier service
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
If an item received is faulty or was received damaged, please contact our customer service upon the receipt of the item. Any faulty item must be notified within 7 days of receiving the order.
When will I receive the refund for my order?
The refund of your order will be processed within 14 business days upon the receipt of the returned item. Please kindly note that we reserve the right to decline and refuse a refund in case your item was not sent in its original condition (worn, damaged, etc.) or the products arrive in dissatisfactory condition. The refund will be issued to you as store credit which we will transfer WOOpoints equivalent to the refunded amount in your FIZIWOO Elite account.
Can I return my order at the FIZIWOO store?
For products purchase in-store, we allow returns to be done at our FIZIWOO store provided with purchase receipts. However for website purchases, we only allow returns to be done via courier service. We will send you a confirmation e-mail once we have received your return products and if applied, any refunds will be done within 10 business days to your FIZIWOO Elite account.
