How do I sign up for FIZIWOO Elites program?

Signing up for FIZIWOO Elites program is very easy. Simply open an account, fill up the required details and you will be automatically enrolled into FIZIWOO Elites program. You can open an account through www.fiziwoo.com or our physical store 

How do I earn WOOpoints? 

You can earn WOOpoints by signing up for FIZIWOO Elites program, engaging with our social media, and making purchase of our products through our website or in-stores. WOOpoints earned are based on your purchase amount, excluding discounts and shipping fees. Purchase amount paid using Vouchers or Store Credit will not earn you WOOpoints. 

You will earn 3 WOOpoints for every RM1 spend online or in-stores.

Can I sign-up for FIZIWOO Elites account in-store?

Yes, you can sign-up to FIZIWOO Elites account in-store by scan the QR code found in-store to create your account online. Our friendly retail staff will be available to help you. To access loyalty benefits online, sign in or sign up for FIZIWOO Elites account using the same email address you gave in-stores. 

You can redeem your WOOpoints on the “Claim Rewards” section of FIZIWOO Elites page. For in-store redemption, our staff will assist you in redeeming available WOOpoints once you have accumulated enough points. 

Will my WOOpoints be included in refunds? 

Unfortunately, WOOpoints redeemed cannot be refunded as it has been used accordingly.
